BBC : Bikini Boot Camp!!

Hi guys!!

Today it's day 1 of our BBC (Bikini Boot Camp) so I would like to start off with the rules!!

Rules:
  • No pop/soda
  • No eating 2-3 hours before going to sleep
  • Candy/sweets only on special occasions 
  • Try to stick to this as long as you can and as long as your body permits you.
  • Stay hydrated
  • Alternate hard exercise with everyday exercise (save one day for rest)
  • If possible try to exercise right when you start your day, if not try to squeeze it somewhere in your schedule.
  • Keep your eyes in the goal ( be toned and healthy for bikini season)!!

My Bikini Boot Camp!

Hi everyone,

So I know its kinda early because it's still winter, but it's NEVER too early too start working out. So along the next few weeks i will be giving you workout ideas, playlists, tips and yummy meals and snacks ideas!! If you follow this plan the next few weeks, you will be in great shape by no time and ready to wear your favorite bikini/swimsuit and have that flat stomach you always dream about. Just remember to keep your eyes on the goal: Getting toned, healthy and fit! To follow this workout plan you MUST drink plenty of water, have 8 hour sleep every night and listen to your body!! Also remember working out with a friend can keep you motivated, so don't forget to share my posts with your workout buddy!!
